Leakage testing kit for forming gas (95/5 N2/H2) on thermal management systems for R744 (CO₂).

This kit provides a simple solution for testing leak-tightness and detecting leaks in R744 (CO₂) thermal management systems like those supplied for the new Ford Explorer/Capri.

The device can be used independently or in combination with an A/C service unit for R744, i.e. also with the AVL DiTEST chillAIR R744 A/C service unit for CO₂.

•     Quick-release coupling for low pressure connection R744
•     Pressure controller
•     Safety valve max. 100 bar
•     Manual bleed valve
