Unlike a standard manual transmission oil service, our process goes a step further — the transmission is completely flushed. This ensures that not only the old oil is replaced, but also that any residual contaminants and deposits are thoroughly removed from the entire system.

The database and instructions are integrated into the software. The service station automatically detects the direction of oil flow in the transmission and actively prevents damage to the system.
The Wi-Fi connection ensures constant updates and remote support (Re.Solve), and allows the final report to be printed directly from your workshop PC (Nexus Print).
The MAHLE FluidPRO® ATX Remote Viewer app for smartphones boosts productivity in the workshop. The operator can move freely around the workshop while keeping an eye on all ongoing processes via the app. The new container is easy to replace when switching oil types. 100% cleanliness is ensured through an internal flushing process (Zero-cross).

When a vehicle is selected, the correct adapter is automatically indicated on the station display—ensuring a smooth and reliable service process.
