The torque spanner 1000 V 1/4″ is a multi-insulated tool with a length of approx. 200 mm and is specially designed for use in confined spaces.

• It has an individual serial number as well as a transparently insulated scale range with metric and Ibf ft values.
• It is supplied with a calibration certificate.
• The precise torque spanner is suitable for up to 5,000 load cycles and has an accuracy of ± 4% up to 10 Nm, or ± 6% from 10 Nm.
• It is suitable for controlled clockwise tightening and has a robust 30-tooth ratchet mechanism.
• The torque spanner complies with the DIN EN ISO 6789 standard and can and should be regularly maintained and calibrated.
• We are happy to carry out the calibration on our premises.

Attention: Please always remain within the range of scaling (e.g. 5-25 Nm), do not turn above or below the printed Nm!

Safety instructions: This torque spanner is a precision tool. You should treat this spanner like a measuring instrument. A visual inspection of all tool parts before starting work is mandatory!!! The spanner must not be used to loosen screw connections.

Warranty:

We (supplier Isootools) grant you a 24-month warranty on this product if the annual calibrations (with costs) are carried out at our premises. We reserve the right to repair or exchange products. Damage caused by improper handling or non-compliance with the operating instructions, damage caused by the use of force or normal wear and tear will not be covered by the warranty.

Tools with double triangle are tested piece-by-piece with a test Voltage 10.000 Volt and certificated highest possible safeness for working on live parts up to 1.000 Volt.

All Safety Tools are stamped and signed according their Norm: EC / EN 60900: 2012 or additional with VDE / GS also with Item Number, Size, Manufacturing Year and Manufacturer, 1000V and Double Triangle respectively VDE-Sign. High quality PVC according to the REACH-Regulation and withstand the newest PAK-Inspection.
