Pneumatic double cartridge dispenser gun for gluing in the thermal paste when replacing a battery array pack

For the highly viscous 2-component thermo-conductive pastes for gluing in the battery arrays, Ford recommends the use of a special compressed air cartridge press with high pressure.

Manual cartridge presses are not recommended due to the high expenditure of force, and the application takes a long time and would be imprecise.

Alternatively, battery-operated cartridge guns can be used, which are, however, much more expensive to purchase, and in some cases have long charging times, while compressed air is already available in every Ford workshop.
